Jay and Marc Clark founded SCALE Wealth Advisors with a shared belief that people deserve more than a transaction when making decisions about their financial lives. They wanted clients to have time to ask questions, understand how their choices fit together, and continue the conversation beyond a single meeting. That commitment shapes how each stays involved with the people they serve.

Jay’s path to SCALE includes owning a business, coaching collegiate and Olympic athletes, and earning an MBA. He has volunteered with animal shelters and other nonprofit organizations, reflecting his commitment to serving others.
